RETURNS AND REFUND


We put great effort into ensuring the best shopping experience possible. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 15 days of receipt for a different item or for a store credit or choose for the refund of your money.

Here are the rules for exchanges,refund and returning for store credit slips:

  • 1.  Exchange & return for store credit within 15 days of receipt.
  • 2.  All returned items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in their original condition with the original tag attached.
  • 3.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • 4.  All sales on sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • 5.  Unless we sent you the wrong item, the return shipping charges and the initial shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and only the amount of the item will be refund.
  • 6.  Once we ship out the exchanged item, we will bill the shipping amount to the credit card on file. If you used PayPal as your payment method, we will send you a payment request before we ship out your item.
  • 7.  Items that will be shipped after the return policy date will not be accepted.


How to make a return for store credit or for refund?


Pretty simple, if you are planning to make a return, please ship the item to:

In order to expedite the return process, it is best if you email us at info@ibiza-moda.com  to notify us that you are planning to return your item and please note the reasons. And please notify if you want a credit slip or a refund of the product's amount.

Store credit will be issued to your ibiza-moda.com account (My credit slips) and you will receive an email once your return has been processed with your store credit amount. In case of refund if you've used PayPal as your payment method, we will send you a refund notification once receipt the return of the product.

How do I make an exchange?


Pretty simple, if you are interested in making an exchange, please email us at
 info@ibiza-moda.com. It will help us expedite the exchange process for you. Please indicate in the email what items you would like exchanged and include the reasons of the exchange.

Expedited Exchange Process:­ If you want to expedite your exchange process, simply place a new order for the item that you want to make the exchange for, and add a note that you are making an exchange for this item with the order's number. Once we receive the item you sent back, we will refund your credit card. Pretty simple!

Return Processing Time:


Please allow ­7 business days to process your return from the day we receive your item. If you want to know if we received your package, please check your tracking information. We are not able to provide any information regarding your return until your return is fully processed. Once your return is processed, we will email you your store credit information and instructions on how to use your store credit when making a purchase. If you want to make an expedited exchange, please see details above.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • · Sale items are on sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • · Returns received after 15 days of receipt.
  • · Worn or damaged items or items received without original tags.

Using Store Credit:


Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. To pay with your store credit, enter the store credit code you received in the checkout page under the "apply coupon" box.

The store credit code will be linked to your account, so you must be logged in with the same account you used to make the original purchase. The store credit has no expiration date and will be available at any time. If you need help using your store credit, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
